  • Age verification may be required during registration or at any time
  • Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately terminated

Legal Jurisdiction: Accessing adult content must be legal in your location. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

  • Minors: Content depicting, suggesting, or implying anyone under 18 in any context
  • Real Person Likenesses: AI-generated content based on real, identifiable people (celebrities, influencers, private individuals)
  • Deepfakes: Intimate content depicting real individuals without explicit written consent
  • Bestiality: Sexual content involving animals
  • Incest: Content depicting incestuous relationships
  • Extreme Violence: Content combining sexual acts with extreme gore or death
  • Hateful Content: Material that targets or harasses others based on protected characteristics
  • Illegal Content: Material that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Spam: Disruptive or unwanted commercial content

AI Characters & Character Creation

Creating AI characters is at the heart of PixelGF! Here's how to do it right:

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED - Real Person Likenesses:

  • Zero Tolerance: Creating AI characters based on real, identifiable people results in immediate account termination
  • ❌ Celebrities, actors, musicians, influencers, public figures
  • ❌ Politicians, athletes, content creators, streamers
  • ❌ Private individuals (ex-partners, classmates, coworkers, etc.)
  • ❌ Living or deceased persons without explicit written consent
  • ❌ Deepfakes or adult content mimicking real individuals

✅ Best Practices for AI Characters:

  • Be Original: Create unique fictional personalities and backstories
  • Genre Inspiration OK: "A detective like Sherlock" NOT "Sherlock Holmes"
  • Age Appropriate: ALL characters must be visibly and contextually 18+ adults
  • No Minor Coding: No school settings, uniforms, or childlike features in adult scenarios
  • Be Transparent: Label content as AI-generated
  • Adult Body Proportions: Characters must have clearly adult physiques

Adult Content Guidelines:

  • Characters can engage in adult scenarios (this is an 18+ platform)
  • Characters must be original fictional creations, not real people
  • Content can include fetish themes (within prohibited content limits)
  • Creators set pricing for character content unlocks (via gems system)
  • Characters can have explicit personalities and dialogue (18+ only)

Remember: AI characters are for adult entertainment on this platform. They're not real people and must never depict real individuals. Violations result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

Creator Program Guidelines

PixelGF's Creator Program lets you monetize AI-generated content with 70-80% revenue share paid in cryptocurrency. With this opportunity comes responsibility:

Revenue Share

  • Creators Earn: 70-80% of content unlock revenue
  • Platform Commission: 20-30% (covers hosting, payment processing, moderation)
  • Payment Method: Cryptocurrency (USDC stablecoin)
  • Payout Schedule: Monthly on the 15th
  • Minimum Payout: $100 USD equivalent

Content Rights & Uploading

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your content
  • License Grant: By uploading, you grant PixelGF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform
  • Your Responsibility: You must have legal rights to upload and distribute any content you share
  • Non-Exclusive: You can post your content on other platforms

Monetization Eligibility

To earn through the Creator Program, content must:

  • Comply with all community guidelines and adult content policy
  • Feature AI-generated fictional characters only (no real people)
  • Meet content quality standards (resolution, production value)
  • Not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Be original AI-generated content (not reposts or stolen content)
  • All characters must be visibly 18+ adults (no minor-coded content)
  • Comply with payment processor requirements

Cryptocurrency Payout Requirements

To receive payouts, creators must:

  • Wallet: Provide valid cryptocurrency wallet address (ERC-20 compatible for USDC)
  • KYC/AML: Complete identity verification (ID document, selfie)
  • Tax Info: Provide tax information (W-9 for U.S. creators, W-8BEN for international)
  • Enhanced Verification: Additional verification required for earnings over $10,000/year

Creator Enforcement

For creators who violate guidelines, we may:

  • Demonetize Content: Remove specific videos from revenue share
  • Suspend Earnings: Temporarily pause payouts pending review
  • Remove from Program: Revoke Creator Program access for serious violations
  • Withhold Payouts: Hold pending payments if content is disputed

Note: Payouts are processed monthly in cryptocurrency (USDC) on the 15th of each month. First payout has a 30-day holding period for fraud prevention. $100 minimum threshold. See Creator Program page for details.

Safety First - Protecting Our Community

Zero Tolerance Policy

These actions result in immediate permanent ban:

  • Minor Content: Any content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors (instant ban + legal reporting)
  • Real Person Likenesses: Explicit AI-generated content of real, identifiable individuals
  • Deepfakes: Non-consensual intimate depictions of real people
  • Bestiality: Sexual content involving animals
  • Extreme Violence: Combining sexual content with gore or death
  • Underage Access: Allowing minors to access the platform
  • Targeted Harassment: Using platform to harass or threaten others
  • Platform Circumvention: Bypassing age verification or safety features

Legal Reporting: Violations involving minors, non-consensual content, or illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Video & AI Character Interaction Guidelines

PixelGF's unique feature lets you browse content on the social feed and interact with AI characters. Here's how to make it awesome:

Video Content

You can share videos on PixelGF by:

  • Uploading original content you created and own
  • Sharing licensed content where you have proper distribution rights
  • Sharing transformative content under fair use principles (when applicable)

⚠️ Important: You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to any content you upload. PixelGF respects intellectual property rights and will remove content upon valid requests.

AI Character Interactions

  • AI characters should enhance your experience
  • Don't use AI to spread misinformation
  • Keep AI conversations fun and respectful
  • Remember: AI responses are generated, not real opinions

How We Keep PixelGF Safe

Our Approach

We use a combination of:

  • AI Detection: Automated systems flag potential issues
  • Human Review: Our team reviews reported content
  • Community Reports: You help us by reporting problems

Community Guidelines Strike System

We use a strike system similar to copyright enforcement to keep our community safe:

  1. Strike 1: Warning + content removed + 7-day upload freeze
  2. Strike 2: 14-day account suspension + limited features
  3. Strike 3: Account permanently closed

✅ Good News: Community Guidelines strikes expire after 90 days of maintaining good standing. Keep contributing positively and your strikes will be cleared!

Note: Severe violations (harmful content, harassment, illegal activity) may result in immediate account termination without prior strikes.

Creator Program Violation System

For members of the Creator Program, we use a tiered enforcement system based on violation severity:

⚠️ Tier 1 - Minor Violations

Examples:

  • Misleading titles or thumbnails (clickbait)
  • Excessive promotional content or spam
  • Minor content quality issues

Consequence: Warning + specific content demonetized. Video removed from revenue eligibility but remains on platform.

🔴 Tier 2 - Moderate Violations

Examples:

  • Content inappropriate for platform audience
  • Multiple copyright claims on different videos
  • Repeated minor violations after warnings
  • Unverified content ownership claims

Consequence: 15-30 day earning suspension. All payouts temporarily frozen during investigation. May require re-verification.

🚫 Tier 3 - Severe Violations

Examples:

  • Harmful, dangerous, or illegal content
  • Repeated copyright strikes (3 strikes)
  • Content exploitation or harassment
  • Fraudulent monetization attempts
  • Repeated violations after suspensions

Consequence: Permanent removal from Creator Program. Pending earnings may be forfeited. Platform access may be retained for viewing only.

Monetization Strike System

In addition to Community Guidelines strikes, creators receive monetization-specific strikes:

  • Yellow Icon: Limited monetization - content is suitable but may have reduced earning potential
  • Red Icon: No monetization - content violates monetization policies, revenue eligibility removed
  • 3 Monetization Strikes in 90 days: Temporary removal from Creator Program for 30 days

💡 Reinstatement: After 30-day suspension, you can reapply to the Creator Program. You'll need to demonstrate understanding of policies and commitment to compliance.

Appeals: Think we made a mistake? Email us at with your username and explanation. We review appeals within 48 hours.

  • Include specific details about the problem
  • Screenshots help us understand the issue
  • Be respectful when reporting - we're all human!

Privacy: Reports are confidential. We never share who reported content.
