Use of the Services

Your Registration Obligations

When you register to use the Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.

Age Requirements:

• By using PixelGF, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
• We may verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement

Member Account, Password and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify PixelGF of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Services. PixelGF will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

We want PixelGF to be a creative and safe space for everyone. Please follow these guidelines to help maintain our community.

Be Authentic

• Use accurate information when creating your account
• Only share content you have the right to share
• Clearly label AI-generated or edited content

Be Safe

• Don't share content that could cause harm
• Don't promote activities that violate our community standards
• Don't share inappropriate or offensive content
• Don't engage in harmful behavior toward others
• Maintain appropriate interactions with all community members

Be Respectful

• Respect others' rights and property
• Don't engage in deceptive practices
• Don't share content that targets or discriminates
• Don't distribute misleading information

Be Legal

• Comply with all applicable laws
• Don't promote unlawful activities
• Don't infringe on others' intellectual property
• Don't engage in disruptive commercial activities

Enforcement: We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content and License Grant

Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Services. When you upload content, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to that content, or that you have received all necessary permissions, clearances, and authorizations to submit it.

License to PixelGF: By uploading or submitting content to the Services, you grant PixelGF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the Services and PixelGF's business operations. This includes, but is not limited to, making your content available to other users of the Services, promoting the Services, and developing new features.

License Duration: This license continues for as long as your content is stored on our Services. When you delete your content from our Services, this license ends, except to the extent that: (a) the content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, (b) the content is necessary for our reasonable business operations (such as backups or legal compliance), or (c) we are legally required to retain it.

Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to grant this license. PixelGF is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

Third Party Websites and Services

The Services or third parties may provide links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet or to third-party applications. PixelGF has no control over such sites, resources or applications and PixelGF is not responsible for and does not endorse them. You acknowledge and agree that PixelGF will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such sites, resources or applications.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer & DMCA Safe Harbor

DMCA SAFE HARBOR: PixelGF operates as a service provider under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We do not have actual knowledge of copyright infringement absent a valid DMCA notice and do not receive financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity.

PixelGF explicitly disclaims any responsibility for any content or materials created by third parties (including users or non-official sources) that may be accessed through our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, user-generated content, comments, reactions, and any other third-party materials.

As a platform provider, we:

• Do not pre-screen, monitor, or review user content for copyright infringement
• Only respond to valid DMCA takedown notices that comply with legal requirements
• Are not obligated to adjudicate copyright disputes between users and third parties
• Qualify for DMCA safe harbor protections as we expeditiously remove infringing content upon proper notification
• Reserve the right to terminate repeat infringers in accordance with our repeat infringer policy

This disclaimer of responsibility covers various potential issues, including but not limited to:

• Infringement of intellectual property rights (such as copyright)
• Errors or omissions in the content
• Loss or damage arising from the use of third-party content
• Inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate content

We do not pre-screen or review third-party content, and we acknowledge that user-generated content and interactions may be unpredictable and may contain inaccurate or inappropriate information. You agree that you use any third-party content at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of such content.

You should not rely on the accuracy or completeness of any third-party content or user-generated materials. If you choose to rely on such content, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from such reliance.

USER VERIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

CRITICAL: By using our Services, you certify under penalty of perjury that ALL content you upload is either (1) your original creation, (2) properly licensed, or (3) in the public domain. False certification may result in criminal prosecution for perjury and copyright infringement.

As we do not pre-screen content, YOU MUST:

• Verify you have all necessary rights BEFORE uploading any content
• Never upload copyrighted videos, music, images, or characters without permission
• Understand that "fan content" is NOT automatically legal
• Accept that we will provide your information to copyright holders if requested
• Acknowledge that copyright infringement can result in statutory damages up to $150,000 per work

Creator Program & Revenue Sharing

Creator Program Overview: PixelGF enables creators to monetize exclusive AI-generated content through our revenue-sharing model. Creators earn from content unlocks when users spend gems.

Revenue Share

• Creators earn: 70-80% of revenue from content unlocks
• Platform commission: 20-30% (covers hosting, payment processing, moderation, infrastructure)
• Exact percentage determined by creator tier and volume
• Revenue calculated in real-time as content is unlocked

Content Ownership

You Own Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create. By uploading to PixelGF, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• Host and display your content on our platform
• Distribute to users who purchase unlocks
• Promote your content within the platform (feeds, recommendations)
• Process payments and track revenue on your behalf

AI Characters You Create

• Custom AI characters you design belong to you (subject to platform license)
• You control character personalities, backstories, and content generation
• Characters must not violate real person likeness policies (see above)
• You're responsible for ensuring characters don't violate laws or infringe rights

Creator Payouts (Cryptocurrency)

Payment Method: All creator payouts are made in cryptocurrency (USDC stablecoin):

• Must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address (ERC-20 compatible)
• Payouts processed monthly on the 15th
• Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD equivalent (rolled over to next month if not met)
• 30-day holding period for fraud prevention on first payout
• Subsequent payouts processed within 48 hours after monthly cycle close

Tax Compliance

• U.S. Creators: Earnings over $600/year require Form 1099 (must provide SSN/EIN)
• International Creators: Responsible for reporting income per local tax laws
• Platform reports payments to relevant tax authorities as required by law
• You are responsible for all tax obligations on creator earnings

AML/KYC Requirements

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations:

• Identity verification required for all creator accounts (ID document, selfie)
• Enhanced verification for creators earning over $10,000/year
• Platform reserves right to request additional documentation
• Failure to complete verification results in withheld payouts

Prohibited Creator Content

Creators may not monetize content that:

• Violates Adult Content Policy (see above)
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Depicts real person likenesses without consent
• Contains material violating Community Guidelines
• Violates payment processor requirements
• Promotes illegal activities

Enforcement & Account Termination

Violations may result in:

• Content Removal: Individual content demonetization without account penalty
• Payout Suspension: Temporary freeze on earnings during investigation (15-30 days)
• Withheld Payments: Pending payouts forfeited for severe violations
• Program Removal: Permanent ban from Creator Program (account may remain for viewing)
• Account Termination: Complete platform ban for egregious violations

Appeals: Creators may appeal enforcement actions within 14 days by contacting Loading... with supporting evidence.

AI Characters and Content

Your AI Experience: PixelGF lets you browse content on the social feed, unlock AI-generated videos, and have uncensored chat with AI characters. Remember that AI characters are for entertainment - they're designed to enhance your experience with interactive content, but they're not real people.

What AI Characters Can and Cannot Do

They CAN:

• Chat with you about content
• Generate personalized responses
• Share opinions and commentary (generated, not real)
• Remember context within a conversation

They CANNOT:

• Form real relationships or emotional connections
• Provide professional advice of any kind
• Access information outside of our platform
• Remember you between different conversations

Safety Measures

• We use automated systems to detect and block harmful content
• Conversations may be reviewed to improve safety and prevent misuse
• Users who repeatedly violate policies may be suspended or banned
• We provide reporting tools for inappropriate content or behavior

Your Responsibilities

• Don't share personal information with AI characters
• Take breaks from extended conversations
• Verify any information provided by AI before acting on it
• Report concerning content or technical issues
• Don't attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate AI safety features

Video Content & Copyright Protection

Video Upload Guidelines: Please only upload videos you created or have permission to share. Don't upload full movies, TV shows, or other copyrighted content. We want to foster a creative community while respecting copyright holders.

Copyright Compliance & User Responsibility: As a platform, we rely on our community and rights holders to identify potential copyright issues. By uploading video content, you agree that:

• You're responsible for ensuring your uploads don't infringe copyrights
• You have appropriate rights to the content you upload
• You will not upload content that infringes on others' rights
• We respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove content without prior notice
• We rely on user reports and copyright holder notices to identify infringing content
• Content reported multiple times may be removed pending review
• Previously removed content cannot be re-uploaded in any form
• You acknowledge we may implement automated detection in the future without notice
• We cooperate with valid legal requests as required by law

Music in Videos: Please use royalty-free or properly licensed music in your videos. We may need to mute or remove videos with copyrighted audio to comply with copyright laws.

Notice and Takedown Process: We operate a notice-and-takedown system in compliance with DMCA. We expeditiously remove reported content upon receiving valid notices. Rights holders can request removal of their content at any time through our DMCA process.

Trust & Safety

We work hard to keep PixelGF safe and enjoyable for everyone. We take the following seriously:

• Copyright Respect: We take intellectual property violations seriously and comply with applicable legal requirements.
• User Safety: Content or behavior that compromises user safety will be addressed appropriately.
• Protection of Vulnerable Users: Content that exploits or harms vulnerable individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Community Standards: Maintain respectful interactions and use the platform appropriately.

Our Approach: We believe in graduated responses - warning, suspension, then termination - except for severe violations that require immediate action.

Browse and Interact: PixelGF's special feature lets you browse content on the social feed with AI characters who can chat and interact with you. This creates a unique interactive experience.

Please Keep It Fun and Safe:

• Use AI characters to enhance your experience, not to mislead
• Don't use AI to harass or make false claims
• Keep AI interactions appropriate
• Remember that AI reactions are generated, not genuine emotions

Community Feature: Share your favorite AI characters with others, and try characters created by the community. Respect other creators' work and follow community guidelines.

Age Requirements

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use PixelGF. This is an adult entertainment platform featuring mature content.

Age Verification: During registration, you will be required to provide your date of birth. We reserve the right to verify your age through additional means and to terminate accounts that do not meet our age requirements.

No Minor Access: Our Services are not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that someone under 18 has created an account, we will immediately terminate that account.

Legal Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding adult content.

NSFW Content Policy

Platform Purpose: PixelGF is an adult entertainment platform combining AI character creation, social feeds, and exclusive content monetization. All characters and content are AI-generated fiction.

Allowed NSFW Content

• AI-generated fictional characters (anime, 3D, illustrated styles)
• Adult scenarios featuring fictional AI characters
• Sexually explicit AI-generated images and videos
• Fetish content (within prohibited content restrictions below)
• User-created AI characters with adult content

STRICTLY PROHIBITED Content

The following content will result in immediate account termination:

• Minors: Content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors or characters appearing underage in any context
• Real Person Likenesses: AI-generated content based on real, identifiable people (celebrities, influencers, public figures, private individuals, living or deceased)
• Non-Consensual Content: Deepfakes, revenge content, or content depicting real individuals without explicit written consent
• Bestiality: Content depicting sexual acts with animals
• Incest: Content depicting incestuous relationships
• Extreme Violence: Content combining sexual acts with extreme violence, gore, or death
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or depicting illegal activities

Character Age Requirements

• ALL AI characters must be visibly and contextually represented as 18+ adults
• No "aged up" versions of characters originally depicted as minors
• No school settings, uniforms, or minor-coded content in adult contexts
• Characters must have adult body proportions and contextual presentation

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: ALL content on PixelGF is AI-generated fiction. No real persons are depicted, featured, or employed as creators. All characters are artificial intelligence creations. Any resemblance to real persons is unintentional and should be reported immediately.

Real Person Likeness & Right of Publicity

Zero Tolerance Policy: Creating AI-generated content based on real, identifiable individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Actions

• Using real person's name, image, voice, or likeness without explicit written permission
• Creating intimate content based on celebrities, influencers, or public figures
• Creating content depicting private individuals (ex-partners, classmates, coworkers, etc.)
• Impersonation or false endorsement
• Deepfakes or AI-generated content mimicking real individuals

Enforcement & Liability

• Violations result in immediate content removal and account termination
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not violate right of publicity laws
• You agree to indemnify PixelGF against any claims arising from your violations
• We cooperate fully with legal authorities and provide user information when legally required
• Platform may face legal liability; violators will be pursued for damages

Why This Matters: This policy protects both real individuals from unauthorized adult depictions and PixelGF from legal liability. Similar platforms (e.g., Civitai) banned real person likenesses in 2025 due to legal risks.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PixelGF expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

We provide PixelGF "as is" and do our best to keep it running smoothly. However, we can't be responsible for things outside our control, including indirect damages or losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Platform Nature

We're a Platform: PixelGF provides tools for you to create and share content with AI characters. We don't control or endorse user-generated content, and users are responsible for their own uploads and creations.

We follow DMCA procedures and will remove content when we receive valid takedown notices. We may need to cooperate with legal requests from authorities when required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold PixelGF harmless from claims arising from your use of our Services, including content you upload, violations of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights. This is a standard provision that helps protect our small team so we can focus on building great features for you.

Termination

PixelGF may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuance or material modification of the Services
• Technical or security issues
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Virtual Currency & Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency-Only Platform: PixelGF exclusively uses cryptocurrency payments. Traditional payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers) are not supported.

Why Cryptocurrency Only?

• Payment Processor Restrictions: Traditional payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal) prohibit adult entertainment content platforms
• Industry Standard: Major NSFW platforms (e.g., Civitai) were forced to abandon credit cards in 2025

• No Expiration: Gems do not expire while your account is active

• Auto-renewal unless canceled 24 hours before renewal date
• Subscription benefits active during paid period only
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and digital content:

• All gem purchases are final and non-refundable
• All subscription payments are non-refundable
• Content unlocks are instant and non-reversible (no refunds after viewing)
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or canceled once confirmed
• Exceptions only where legally required by your jurisdiction

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify gem package pricing and subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases. Existing subscriptions honor original pricing until renewal.

Transaction Fees

• Platform transaction fee: 1% (included in displayed prices)
• Blockchain network fees (gas fees): Paid separately by user, varies by network
• Recommendation: Use Base or Polygon networks for low/zero gas fees

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect, etc.)
• Ensure sufficient cryptocurrency balance plus network fees before purchase
• Verify payment amounts and recipient addresses carefully
• Secure your wallet private keys (PixelGF never asks for private keys)
• Comply with tax obligations for cryptocurrency transactions

Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, please first contact us atLoading... and we will try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue their claims through appropriate legal channels. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in the jurisdiction where PixelGF is headquartered, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

DMCA and Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the information specified in our DMCA Policy.

Rights Holder Cooperation: We maintain proactive relationships with major content owners including studios, publishers, and rights organizations. We may implement automated content recognition systems at their request and share user data for enforcement purposes. Rights holders may directly claim, monetize, or remove their content from our platform.

Geographic Restrictions

Our Services may not be available in all geographic locations. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services from certain countries or regions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

Accessibility

We are committed to making our Services accessible to everyone. If you have difficulty accessing any part of our Services due to a disability, please contact us at Loading..., and we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you seek through an alternative method.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, provided that such party promptly notifies the other and uses best efforts to remedy the situation.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than 14 days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
